Labour Law

We advise in the entire area of individual and collective labour law. We will accompany general management or the human resources department in all legal labour issues concerning human resources management from the design of the employment contract to the termination and settlement of an employment contract.
We also support our clients in negotiations with the works council as well as with trade unions and answer all questions arising in the context of the laws governing employee’s representation and co-determination and collective bargaining.

Our other core activities include the labour law planning and implementation of company changes, restructuring, and company divestments in compliance with the latest requirements of German and European legislation and jurisdiction as well as comprehensive advice in matters of company pension law.

We also advise board members and managing directors in the conclusion, amendment and termination of their employment contracts.
